MSG Native Format file reader

MSGNReader extracts and converts data from Meteosat Second Generation (MSG) Level 1.5 Native Format files.

Current features:

• Output data as original pixel values or calibrated physical units
• Select grid sections or geographic regions
• Export values to plain text or TIFF files
• Create RGB composited images
• Generate time series
